Shipping & Return Policy

We strive for 110% satisfaction with your purchase.  We try to ship within 48 hours of your order. All items listed are in stock, although from time to time I've made inventory mistakes and will notify you immediately. 

Shipping rates are flat rate, please choose $35 flat rate shipping for saddles, unless you need it expedited.  Please do not choose "Local pick up" unless you are local to Arroyo Grande, California.  You'd be surprised by how many people do this!

Return policy is as follows for saddles: Full refund minus your original $35 flat rate and a $75 restocking fee.  This helps cover some of the shipping. We understand you need to place the saddle on your horse, but if a saddle pad is purchased, please place something in between your horse and pad so if you do need to return, we get it back clean. Please be careful not to get the saddle dirty or scratched and keep the original box since it makes shipping back much easier,  Refunds and exchanges allowed within 30 days of purchase, after that we do not accept returns.

Boots and other items: We allow return and exchanges but the original shipping rate is not returned and we do invoice you for shipping the new item out. We take care of the return shipping back to our facility.
